There are large stone-tiled showers that wouldn't be out of place in any 5-star hotel. The hut itself is larger than it looks from the outside, as it is built of wooden constructions and straw, as is the traditional way. Ndlovu Camp in Hlane is the main camp within the park and offers a great view of Swatini National Park and its surroundings.
Situated on a dry riverbed, the hotel has 12 rooms, each unit can accommodate two to six people, each with its own bathroom, shower and toilet.
Mantenga Lodge in the Ezulwini Valley, which means "valley of heaven," has only 38 rooms. With an estimated population of 94,874 and a tributary of the KwaZulu-Natal River, it is located on the eastern edge of the province of Mpumalanga in the South African province of Western Cape.
The name of the town comes from the African chief Mbabane Kunene, who lived in the area when the British settlers arrived. The name is derived from the name of the chief of Mpumalanga, the British settler in the late 19th century, and his wife, Queen Victoria, as well as his son and grandson.
The early Mbabane was a small town consisting of several schools, churches and shops founded by European settlers. In the 1930s, the city had a population of about 1,000 people, a school, running water and a grocery store.
After the war, the construction of a railway link between Maputo and the mines in South Africa contributed to the growth of the city. Further growth was achieved in the 1930s and 1940s, with Mbabane becoming a centre for the production of gold, silver, copper and copper ore, as well as for mining.
There are only a few times in my life when I have been in a bed - in a bed, but there was a time when we went to our room at Mantenga Lodge. The rooms were located in separate buildings owned by their respective owners and located on the premises, in a quiet environment that offered a sense of privacy. We could have stayed overnight but we advised against it as the service bar, salon and nightlife were a mix of locals, tourists and guests from all over South Africa and the world.
Our work area consisted of a desk, on which we sat a coffee-making machine, a computer and a small coffee table with a cup of coffee on it.
